The workshops are held as “open” workshops which attract delegates from different organisations, but can be held as in-house training for one client.
The open workshops are held in London and other UK centres. Click on “Open Workshops” above for the current dates and topics. Delegate numbers are limited to 12 people to give time for interaction, experience-sharing and meeting individual information needs.

Cancellations and refunds
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received two weeks prior to the workshop date. We regret that refunds cannot be made after that date but we are happy to accept substitute delegates at any time up to the course. |
